Licensing Statement

When making decisions, the Licensing Committee has to take into account the Licensing Act itself, the official guidance from government and its own licensing policy (known as the Licensing Statement).

The purpose of the Licensing Statement is to give everyone a clear idea of what the committee thinks is important and what the 'flavour' of licensing is in Swindon.
