Swindon Home Bid

Welcome to Swindon Home Bid, the choice-based lettings system that allows applicants applying for housing or a transfer, more choice in choosing the property and area you would like to move to.

Please note: choice-based lettings cannot make more properties available.

To be eligible to bid, you will need to register to become a homeseeker within the Borough of Swindon by completing the choice-based lettings online application form on the Swindon Home Bid website (www.swindonhomebid.org.uk/Data/ASPPages/1/106.aspx).

Existing applicants need not register again.
